TOP 10 e-Policy Leaders

The number of OSAGO electronic contracts concluded in 2019 exceeded 1.2 million. The amount of insurance payments under the contracts amounted to almost 929.7 million UAH. On a quarterly basis during 2019, the number of electronic contracts showed growth dynamics of 30-70%, the MTIBU report says.

In total, over the entire period of operation of the "electronic policy" system (since February 2018), OSAGO insurers concluded more than 1.3 million electronic contracts and received more than 1.03 billion UAH insurance premiums. Through the SaaS insurance platform EWA, 26% of all e-policies in Ukraine were sold.

The leaders in the number of electronic contracts concluded (for the period 2018-2019): "PZU Ukraine" (212 thousand contracts, 184 million UAH of premiums), "Kniazha" (191 thousand contracts, 117 million UAH of premiums) and " VUSO ”(184 thousand contracts, 132 million UAH of premiums).

Now electronic insurance contracts are concluded by 44 insurance companies. The share of 10 insurers is 71.4% of the total number of electronic contracts concluded, while TOP-20 accounts for 91.5%.
